We answer Monday to Friday. If you are writing about a charge or about access to your account, say so in the subject and we take it first.

On the sign-in screen, use the recovery option with your email. You get a code to set a new password.

Changing it closes every open session, on other devices too. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to us.

It happens: an AI model does the processing and it does not always get it right. Your original photo is untouched, so you can try again with another style or another shot.

If the result was clearly broken and it used up a creation, write to us with the photo and we put the creation back.

Things that usually improve the result: natural light, a clear background, the whole item in frame, and focus on the product rather than the surroundings.

Payments are processed by Stripe, so the charge shows on your statement under the merchant name, not your bank.

If you see a charge you do not recognize, a duplicate, or you paid and your plan did not activate, write to us with the date and amount. We look into it and refund where appropriate.

Cancel from Settings, in the billing section. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, you cancel from your Apple account subscriptions, not from Bttr. That is an Apple rule, not ours.

Write to us from the account's email asking for deletion and we process it. Your personal data and your photos are erased.

It is irreversible: once deleted, we cannot recover the content. If you only want to stop paying, cancel the plan and the account stays.
