Terms of service

Bttr is a product of Red Tail Den LLC, a company formed in Florida, United States, with its address at 882 E State Road 44, Wildwood, FL 34785. You can find it at redtailden.com.

Creating an account means you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.

Bttr prepares photos for publishing: it cleans a photo up for selling, or transforms it with a creative finish. An artificial intelligence model does the processing, so the result is an interpretation, not a measurement.

Your original photo is never altered or replaced. You can always go back to it.

You need to be over 18 and give real details. You are responsible for your password and for what happens from your account. If you think someone got in, change your password: that revokes every open session.

An account is for one person. Do not share it or resell it.

The trial includes 5 creations over 15 days. It ends when you use all 5 or when the 15 days are up, whichever comes first.

We do not ask for a card to start. When the trial ends the service pauses until you activate a plan; your photos and your account stay where they are.

There are two monthly plans, depending on who covers the AI usage: one where you connect your own key and pay your provider directly, and one where Bttr supplies the AI and includes it in the monthly price. You can also buy packs of additional creations.

The prices that apply are always the ones shown in the app before you confirm payment. Those are the ones that govern.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Purchases made inside the iPhone app are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's terms.

If we change a price, we tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

Cancel whenever you want — no calls, no forms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you keep access until that date.

Creation packs are a one-time purchase and do not expire while your account stays active. If something went wrong with a charge, write to info@redtailden.com and we will look at it case by case.

You do. The ones you upload and the ones Bttr generates from them. You can use them anywhere, including commercially.

You give us only the technical permission needed to process them and show them to you. We do not train models on them, we do not publish them, and we do not hand them over.

You are responsible for having the right to what you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or protected material that is not yours.

Do not use Bttr to:

• Misrepresent the real condition of a product you are selling.
• Create images of people without their consent.
• Sexual, violent, or illegal material.
• Impersonate a person or a brand.
• Automate the service at scale or resell it without a prior agreement.

We do what is reasonable to keep the service up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. There can be maintenance, failures at an AI provider, or outages outside our control.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you unless the breach is serious or illegal. If we close your account for reasons not attributable to you, we refund the unused part of your subscription.

If they change, you will see it here with the update date at the top. If the change affects you materially, we email you before it applies.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where Red Tail Den LLC is formed. If the law of your country of residence gives you consumer rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain intact.
